CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY – Car Rental Hanoi
1. Cancellation by Car Rental Hanoi
If Car Rental Hanoi is unable to operate the tour or service, we will notify you immediately. A full refund of the amount paid will be issued within one (01) working day via cash or bank transfer.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid upon confirmation of receipt by Car Rental Hanoi.
The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 7 working days before the service:
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount will be charged.
Within 48 hours before the service:
100% of the total cost will be charged. No refund will be provided.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.):
No refund will be issued.
Date Changes
If you would like to change your travel date:

We will do our best to reschedule free of charge. However, additional charges may apply if the change involves air or train tickets, depending on the carrier’s policies.
If rescheduling is not possible, cancellation policies will apply as outlined above.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If you cancel within 3 days before departure, cancel without prior notice, or arrive late, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. No refund will be made.
3. Refund Processing
For refunds following a cancellation:
Please claim your refund within 30 days of cancellation.
Provide your bank account details for the transfer.
Note: Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
Refunds are only processed within this timeframe.
4. Online Tour Bookings on CarRentalHanoi.com
All bookings must be made via the website’s booking form or by email to [email protected].
A confirmation will be sent within 48 hours.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 70% is payable upon departure.
For full payment processing:
Please provide your credit card number and authorization by fax, email, or phone at least 7 days prior to service.
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Customized holiday packages must be paid in full at least 45 days in advance.
Any fees associated with cancellations or changes will be borne by the customer.
5. Force Majeure
If either party must cancel or change the tour due to force majeure (e.g., fire, extreme weather, accidents, natural disasters, war), neither party will be held liable for any resulting losses or compensation.
However, both sides are expected to cooperate and take reasonable actions to minimize potential damage or loss.
